We stock and supply a broad range of armaplates, slamlocks, and deadlocks, to ensure that your vehicle stays safe no matter what. Armaplates Armaplates are unique in the sense that they work by completely encasing the vulnerable area around the doorlock/handle of the vehicle. On the outside there is a stainless steel plate which provides an incredibly tough barrier, which is further reinforced by another steel plate on the inside of the door. A triple barrier is formed including the doorskin which acts as a barrier between the thief and the contents of the vehicle. Slamlocks Slamlocks on the other hand are a device which is used to automatically lock the vehicle door without requiring any operation by the driver. Primarily designed for applications such as multi-drop delivery, high value loads and other applications where the driver requires total security over the goods in the vehicle, slamlocks add additional security to your vehicle. Deadlocks Another of our vanlocks are deadlocks – a mechanical security device which is fitted to the vehicle’s door. Deadlocks have a bolt which latches into a receiver plate which is fitted into the opposing body section when operated using an external key. As they are under the control of the driver, deadlocks are generally only appropriate for owner drivers or applications where the driver can be relied upon to operate the lock. ADDED PROTECTION FOR YOUR COMMERCIAL VEHICLE

		We can upgrade the physical security on your van by fitting slamlocks and/or deadlocks to it's doors . Slamlock:- an additional lock that utilises the vehicle's locking mechanism but bypasses the manufacturer's key operation. This is done by adding a high security lock fitted into the door (see image) . Ideal for courier/multi-drop users, as the door will automatically lock when closed. Deadlock:- an additional mortice lock that works in conjunction with the vehicle's existing locking system.
